P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te une dizaine de minutes.<br>Couvrir le saladier d\u2019un torchon humide et laisser la p\u00e2te lever 2 heures dans le four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fariner le plan de travail. Y faire revenir un oignon finement \u00e9minc\u00e9 puis ajouter le cumin, l\u2019ail et le gingembre.<br>Incorporer le concentr\u00e9 de tomates et&nbsp; 50 ml d\u2019eau.
