{"id":346,"date":"2021-07-11T16:33:40","date_gmt":"2021-07-11T14:33:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saveurscontinents.com\/?p=346"},"modified":"2022-03-13T17:22:22","modified_gmt":"2022-03-13T16:22:22","slug":"tartelettes-chocolat-noir-framboises","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saveurscontinents.com\/?p=346","title":{"rendered":"Tartelettes chocolat noir-framboises"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saveurscontinents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/IMG_8817-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-348\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.saveurscontinents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/IMG_8817-1024x683.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.saveurscontinents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/IMG_8817-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.saveurscontinents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/IMG_8817-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.saveurscontinents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/IMG_8817-1536x1024.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/www.saveurscontinents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/IMG_8817-2048x1365.jpeg 2048w, https:\/\/www.saveurscontinents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/IMG_8817-1568x1045.jpeg 1568w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 10 tartelettes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs<\/li><li>70 gr de sucre en poudre<\/li><li>70 gr de&nbsp;beurre doux mou<\/li><li>120 gr de&nbsp;farine<\/li><li>6 gr de levure chimique<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la ganache&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>80 ml de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/li><li>80 gr de chocolat noir<\/li><li>40 gr de beurre doux<\/li><li>2 c \u00e0 soupe de miel <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Framboises fra\u00eeches + Coulis ou gel\u00e9e de framboises<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00e9paration des fonds de tartelettes :<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 190 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blanchir les \u0153ufs avec le sucre en les fouettant \u00e9nergiquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter la farine et la levure et fouetter \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporer le beurre mou et m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recouvrir une plaque de cuisson de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et y verser la p\u00e2te, remettre une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 par dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etaler la p\u00e2te avec un rouleau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 atteindre  \u00bd cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placer la plaque au frigo 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sortir la plaque du frigo et enlever la feuille du dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9couper des ronds avec des cercles en inox de 10 cm.
